Refund Policy Chargnex

At Chargnex, we stand behind every product we ship. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Defective units are eligible for return or exchange regardless of installation status, subject to inspection by our team.

Custom orders and specially configured units are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our team at refund@chargnex.com with your contact details and reason for return. A return authorisation will be issued before any shipment is accepted.
